  • Do you offer worldwide shipping?
    • Yes, we offer worldwide shipping for the majority of our orders.
  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
    • Orders shipping to the United States will arrive within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the products purchased. 
    • If we have already processed and shipped your order, we will not be able to issue you a refund.  For more information please contact us.    
  • Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
    • After the order has been shipped we will not be able to change your shipping address.
  • Will I receive a tracking number?
    • Yes, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you may receive updates on your order.
  • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
    • When you place an order for multiple items, we will oftentimes ship them separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery of your products. Therefore, you may receive one before the other.
  • What should I do if the item I received is damaged?
    • We only replace damaged or defective items.  Buyer will provide photographic evidence of the defective item.
  • Can I get a preplacement for the damaged item?
    • Yes, within 7 days of receiving the defective item. If the defect is valid, we will send a replacement item.
